Orfeu is a popular composer from a samba school. He lives in the favela and falls madly in love when he meets Euridice, a newcomer to the neighborhood. But the local drug boss Lucinho stands between them and will drastically change both their lives.

Between August 23 and 31, 1983, at the "Circo Massimo", in Rome, there was a musical event that brought together artists from Bahia. This film brings a recording of the event, also featuring backstage, rehearsals, testimonies and some relaxing moments of these great names in Bahia's music.

Elas por Ela reconstituted the history of MPB between 1920 and 1970, from the female perspective, also showing the transformation of the role of women in society over these years. Marília Pêra chose 35 singers to honor and, from 50 songs, put together the script for the show.

A spoiled and mean girl attempts to ruin her high school's wrap party after being rejected by her former boyfriend and her fellow students.

Grieved over the loss of their daughter, an elderly couple has decided do spend their vacation travelling around Europe. The cab driver who takes them to the airport, Leo, overhears their conversation and decides to profit from their situation: Leo convinces the couple's staff he's their nephew, and invites his friends and girlfriend over for a special summer. Things go awry when his friend Marcelo arrives with a bus full of teenagers, who believe the mansion is actually a summer camp.

The documentary "Chico e as Cidades" was directed by José Henrique Fonseca in 2001 and re-released by Biscoito Fino in June 2009 with three previously unreleased extras: Cecília's music video and takes of the songs "Injuriado" and "Futures Amantes." The DVD was made from the show "As Cidades" – premiered by Chico in 1999, based on the repertoire from the album of the same name. However, far from being a video version of the show, it is a documentary that covers various themes from the composer's life and work, as well as special appearances by Maria Bethânia, Jamelão, Oscar Niemeyer, Tostão, and the Velha Guarda da Mangueira.

Nena, a journalist and former student of the Two Hearts dance academy, tries to stop the school from being sold to a group of drug dealers. She trains a group to win the Requebra dance contest that would give them the necessary money to carry their plans.

The short features an appearance (in drawings) by Casal Medo, characters the directors would use again in other works.

In December 1997, in Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais composer Milton Nascimento brought together friends and career partners for the special "A Sede do Peixe" (The Thirst of the Fish). Featuring Caetano Veloso, Alcione, Skank, Nana Caymmi, and Gilberto Gil, the film is a cultural treasure, portraying unforgettable, often lighthearted moments in the career of one of the greatest icons of Brazilian Popular Music.

This performance by Gilberto Gil was recorded live at Estúdio Frame in São Paulo on January 18, 1994, as part of the MTV Unplugged series. It was originally broadcast on MTV later that year and released in 1994 on CD, LP and cassette. In 2001, the concert was also issued on home video DVD. The set featured songs such as "A novidade", "Drão", "Expresso 2222", "Aquele abraço", "Palco" and "Tempo Rei". Gil (vocals and acoustic guitar) was accompanied by Arthur Maia (acoustic bass guitar and double bass), Jorginho Gomes (drums and mandolin), Celso Fonseca (acoustic guitar), Marcos Suzano (percussion) and Lucas Santtana (flute).
